New residence for first-year students in Valencia.
It is next to the Àngel Gimerà metro station, two stops from the High-Speed Rail station (13 min or 15 min walk) and a less than a 10-minute walk from the Catholic University of Valencia and the centre of Ciutat Vella.
The residence is perfectly connected to the city’s most important university campuses, fifteen minutes from the Facultats metro station that will take you to the main faculties of the Valencia University, Technical University of Valencia, CEU de Valencia, European University of Valencia and ESIC, among others.
The project has been designed to offer students the highest standards of university life. Residents will live next to the centre and can also enjoy the park and the panoramic views of the city from the roof terrace, along with all the comforts of modern rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The residence consists of 162 beds in various types of rooms. This includes the twodios, which comprise two single rooms with their own bathrooms and a shared kitchen, single and double studios, all equipped with a full kitchen.
The facilities offer a roof terrace with a solarium and a lounge area, a gym, study rooms, a multi-purpose leisure area with TV, billiards, and our gastronomic area composed of a spacious fully equipped kitchen so you can cook and socialise in various spaces, including a bar area and low-table area, where there will also be vending machines. We also offer half board, lunch and dinner services. In addition, there is a self-service laundry and a private covered parking area for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
The residence will be staffed 24 hours a day, and the staff will organise events and coordinate the programme of activities for the students, doing everything in their power to make your student experience in Valencia memorable.

Life in Valencia
Valencia is the capital of the Valencian Community and the third most populous city in Spain. It is a beautiful port city, located where the Turia River meets the Mediterranean.
