Welcome to Pamplona! We have landed in the capital of Navarra with great enthusiasm, and our AMRO student residence in Pamplona is already open. University students coming to study in Pamplona can rest easy, because the AMRO student residence in the city offers 185 rooms with a total of 340 beds. It is perfect for making friends!
It has apartments for groups, double studios, 35 twodios, 60 studios in a range of categories, and 60 single rooms. A wide range of accommodation so that everyone can make use of the facilities in the residence as they please.
It is located in Pamplona, the capital of Navarra, specifically on the Travesía de Extremadura. Just an 8-minute walk from Universidad Pública de Navarra (UPNA). The UNAV, ESIC, Creanavarra and Sonograf are just a 10-minute bike ride away. A luxury, because there are also extensive connections with the main universities by public transport, which means people will be able to get around regardless of their means.
Perfect accommodation for group living
What makes this residence unique is the possibility of living in a group, i.e. in a student apartment, but with every convenience. Facilities are at hand, with numerous common areas. Among our accommodation options are apartments for 4, 5, 6 and 7 people, which promises unique experiences full of shared moments and stories. There are a variety of plans for group apartments, and you should remember that certain things are more fun in groups: cooking meals from different places and combining them, watching TV, studying side by side for the final exams, and many other things that make the studios for groups a unique opportunity to experience university life to the fullest.
And at the AMRO student residence in Pamplona, you will not only enjoy the rooms together, but also the various common areas, where you can spend quality time with the rest of the residents: this includes a gym, study rooms, a leisure room and a cafeteria, among other things. You can also watch the latest Netflix series, beat your friends at ping-pong, or decide who will pay for the next bar snack over a game of pool.
Although the location of the AMRO residence in Pamplona could not be better, we also offer residents parking areas for cars, motorcycles, scooters and bicycles to make it even easier for them to get around.

These usually have sport, cultural and leisure themes, and they are perfect opportunities for every resident to interact with their fellow students at the residence. Life in Pamplona
Pamplona is the capital of Navarra and offers much more than parties, wine and bulls. Internationally recognised for its traditions and its yearly San Fermín festival, it is a city where culture, customs, gastronomy and history take centre stage. It is also a city on the route of the Camino de Santiago, and a popular destination for Erasmus students. All this makes it a city with a mixture of cultures and languages, ideal for young people, students, newcomers to the city and those starting a new life.
Located in the north of Spain, it is ideally located for those wanting to discover the surrounding areas. Navarra borders the Basque Country, La Rioja and Aragón, offering many possibilities in terms of plans and ideas for free time and weekends. It is just over an hour’s drive from San Sebastián, one hour from Logroño, and less than two hours from Zaragoza.
There are many green areas in the city, and its surroundings make it perfect for nature and outdoor sports. It has four main parks where you can enjoy any season of the year and disconnect from classes, and there are numerous options in terms of sports activities: from sports centres to its bike path, as well as spaces to practice canoeing, skating and jai alai.
Of course, pintxos, typical gastronomy and its best drinks are a must. Among the options, we recommend that you do one of its three gastronomic routes: The Camino Route, the Encierro Route and the Green Route.
Attention all students! University Thursdays in Pamplona are now even more special with Juevintxo, a popular event for young people, which takes place every Thursday in the bars of the city. For €2, the different bars offer consumers a drink and a pintxo, so do not eat dinner beforehand. The most famous streets to go to are La Estafeta and San Nicolás.
