Residence for first-year students in Seville. We open in June 2022!
The AMRO Seville student residence is a completely new and modern concept. It is located in a beautiful area of Seville, right next to the Reina Mercedes Campus of Seville University, and within walking distance of Pablo Olavide University, EUSA University and Loyola University, among others.
The project has been designed to offer students the highest standards of university life. You will live next to the centre and you can also enjoy the park and the panoramic views of the city from the spectacular rooftop of the residence, which has a swimming pool, solarium, gym, lounge area, office and entertainment area with TV and billiards. You will enjoy all this with all the comforts of modern rooms, all with their own bathrooms, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The residence consists of 339 beds in various types of rooms. This includes the twodios, which comprise two single rooms with their own bathrooms and shared kitchens, single and double studios, all equipped with a full kitchen, and our apartments, which consist of a private area for six separate single rooms that each have a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a TV and a sofa, and a large dining table.
The facilities include a dining room with a terrace, where we offer the option of half board or full board, several study rooms, a multi-purpose space for leisure and work, an outdoor recreational area with a barbecue, laundry area and a private covered car park.
The residence will be staffed 24 hours a day, and the staff will organise events and coordinate the programme of activities for the students, doing everything in their power to make your student experience in Seville memorable.
