Our main goal at AMRO Students is to make our residents feel at home.

We are also aware of how important the university years are, years that can shape the rest of your life, which is why we have a dedicated team to ensure our residents can make the most of their stay.

Our facilities, in Valencia, Seville, Getafe, Pamplona, ​​Porto, and Salamanca, are very close to major universities and also a short distance from the city center. The residences are safe spaces, staffed by our team 24 hours a day. They are modern and functional inside and out, and we always make the most of our common areas, both indoors and outdoors.

We have a wide selection of studios and rooms, all with private bathrooms, refrigerators, microwaves, and even fully equipped kitchens. For your convenience, we include all services in the rental: cleaning, linen and towel changes, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and use of all common facilities. At AMRO Students, we’re fully aware of this exciting new stage and want to support and help you throughout the entire process. The first thing is to make sure your child will feel almost at home, but with friends. Rooms with privacy, a study area, a super-wide and comfortable mattress, and a private bathroom.

A staff that is 100% attentive to the residents 24 hours a day. They help them solve problems and enjoy their achievements as if they were their own. For our staff, the students are part of their extended family.

Furthermore, our student residences in Seville, Valencia, Pamplona, ​​Getafe, and Porto are a place to relax and study, but they are also designed to enjoy this new experience thanks to their privileged location and their #AMROLife activities program, which is entirely voluntary and where you can meet other residents and make friends who will support you in this important stage of your life.

Close to the main campuses and the city center, students have access to all transportation services and leisure areas. They can travel to most faculties on foot or, if they prefer, by bicycle, scooter, or public transportation.

WITH ALL THE LUXURY OF DETAILS

To ensure our residents live in a comfortable environment, we take care of even the smallest details. This means we take care of keeping the common areas clean, cleaning rooms, and changing sheets and towels. Some residences include this service in the rent, or you can hire it as an option. We also offer a laundry service with washing machines and dryers. We provide irons and ironing boards free of charge, and we handle the maintenance of your room with our specialized staff.

We also pay special attention to nutrition. In all the residence halls with a dining hall, we design healthy weekly menus for residents who wish to book half- or full-board. Remember, you can always purchase meal tickets or breakfast vouchers for yourself or your friends. We also have vending machines with a wide selection of snacks, healthy appetizers, coffee, and soft drinks. Because we understand that good nutrition is essential for your academic performance.

COMMON AREAS AND SERVICES

We include most utilities in the final room rate, avoiding extra charges. No more worries at the end of the month like you might experience with an apartment. Water, heating, and electricity are included.

Ninety percent of our residents choose us for our facilities. Video game or movie theater rooms, a gym, green areas, a pool, and so on. Not to mention the rooms, all equipped with modern furniture, a rest and study area, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, and more.
